He explained that the engineering and architectural consulting work for the project was assigned to YBA Company, affiliated with the famous architect Dr. Yasser El Beltagy, who is distinguished by his designs that combine beauty and innovation, as the company aims to implement an innovative project in which the elements of success are integrated.

He pointed out that the company's plan for 2025 begins with the launch of the new brand K Developments, which will specialize in implementing integrated and gated residential community projects, while Kian Real Estate Asset Management Company remains concerned with separate building projects in the Delta and New Cairo, which ensures maintaining specialization and excellence in the projects implemented by both companies.
For his part, Karim Toubia, the company’s Sales Sector Manager, added that the “Valencia El Shorouk” project is distinguished by a large number of elements that guarantee its successful competition in Shorouk City. The project is located in a strategic location in Shorouk City, and an engineering design has been developed that achieves the best use of the project area with a wonderful aesthetic appearance for the project, noting that the project is being sold according to a gradual plan based on reaching targeted customers and those looking for distinctive units in an integrated residential project.
